Editorial: Cloud over Sunny Farms

While sympathetic to the Fostoria citizens who’ve formed Residents Against Trash and the health board members who voted in support of RAT, it would be legally poisonous for Ohio to deny a license to operate when regulations have been followed. Sunny Farms has complied with Ohio regulations, and local politics must not cloud that fact.
